When it comes to acquiring land for home building, we're highly flexible and will consider all sites and properties for purchase on unconditional or subject to planning contracts for the following types of development:
- Conversion and/or extension of residential or commercial buildings
- Conversion of Listed Buildings
- New build, on either greenfield sites or brownfield redevelopments including previously contaminated land
- Mixed use conversion and extension
- Mixed use new build
- Mobile home parks
We will consider all opportunities within an hour's drive from Southampton and up to a purchase price of £3 million.
