Although we continually seek out property deals our standards are high and requirements stringent, so we decline most opportunities (around 90%) we're offered. This is how we minimise risk and maximise opportunities and returns for you - our investors and partners.
Those that do pass our initial tests will be fully appraised in terms of planning, development and financial return before a report and assessment is prepared for your consideration.
Once we have sound terms on any deal we would usually gain your agreement and commitment before securing a contract.
We tend to use either a newly formed Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) or Limited Company for each deal. Your commitment, responsibilities and returns will be clearly set out in a Partnership or Shareholder Agreement, so you know where you stand from the very beginning.
For your additional peace of mind and confidence in doing business with us, we always co-invest and take our profit on an incentivised performance basis after an investor's priority return, so you know your interests and ours are aligned.
We'll keep you fully informed as each project progresses so you can be closely involved or take a completely arms-length position – the choice is yours.

Our core investment strategies include:
- Transactional -buy-to-sell, short term investment for capital gain only
- Development - buy-build-sell, medium term investment for higher capital gain
- Development and Investment - buy-build-hold, long term investment for income and capital growth
- Investment – buy-to-hold, long term investing in a completed development for income and capital growth.
